Coworkers refusing RTO, management is folding

My company instituted an RTO and two of my coworkers have called managements bluff. We are in a small department and this constitutes a non insignificant amount of the people who were supposed to come back. It’s been a few months and management has completely folding, claiming they have been waived from their need to come in.

It’s making me feel like a bitch. Why do I need to come in and they can just ignore it? I’m thinking of also refusing and just sitting my ass at home because apparently they won’t do anything. Anyone have something else going on?
