First Dream after spiritual awakening

so basically yesterday I got into like spells and crystals and you know all that spiritual stuff I suppose for the first time ever and last night I had a dream unlike anything I’ve ever felt before.

What happened is I woke up and I genuinely thought I was in the physical world. Like I got up from my bed got ready had a shower and everything and then I looked in the mirror and in my reflection this old woman walked up behind me and stared at me in the mirror. Imagine this happening in real life. Well that’s what it felt like it felt so real.

Anyways I got so freaked out and just like hyperventilating and I looked like next to me not in the mirror and she wasn’t there and then I looked back in the mirror and she was smiling. And when I walked like away my body would like cling to her like I couldn’t leave. Like my hand would go on her chest or something. Anyways then I screamed and woke up FREEZING cold and I was crying . Like I was crying in my sleep.

I’m very new to this to if anyone knows what’s going on with me please help. Maybe it’s like a warning?? Idk idk
