lf for condo recommendations

Hi! I’m looking for a solo condo unit near CSB.

My requirements are:
- Solo occupancy (not bedspace/shared)
- No curfew
- Cooking allowed

Some of the dorms that I have looked into is the second house but unfortunately you can’t cook there and also college point but im not sure if theres a curfew or not
