Do not use Hathway Broadband they are the worst at everything.

Just now when i was about to recharge my broadband i noticed the account has my name but my mobile number and email id changed without my consent or permission.

when i called the guys who sold the connection they had no fkin clue. Same with customer support, after multiple attempts (because Ai nonsense) to call the customer care the guy who picked the call asked me to explain in Hindi, even though i specifically selected Bangla as preffered language and then even he had no clue how that happened.

not to mention the connection quality is also bad, many days the connection just disappear for few hours for few hours in the morning.
