Would you buy a premium home in Santacruz West over Bandra or Juhu?

I'm currently researching Mumbai's luxury residential market and have noticed that Santacruz West is getting a lot of attention from homebuyers.

Compared to other premium neighbourhoods, it seems to offer a good balance of connectivity, established infrastructure, reputed schools, hospitals, restaurants, and a quieter residential environment.

For those who have recently purchased a home or explored properties in this area, what made you choose- or not choose- Santacruz West?

If you had a budget of ₹8–10 crore, would Santacruz West be your preferred location? Or would you still choose Bandra, Juhu, or Khar?
