PC Soft Freezes and Then Fully Freezes After Alt Tab

I've been having this problem across 2 PC's now and the only hardware I've carried over from the last one to this one was my GPU and PSU which I've both had for about 3 years now, my specs are:

CPU: Ryzen 7 9800x3D
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z5 Neo 64 GB
MOBO: ASUS ROG STRIX X870E-E
STORAGE: Samsung 990 PRO 2 TB x2 1 TB x1
GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ 7900XTX
PSU: ASUS THOR P2 1000W EVA Edition

I have my PC completely in stock form, no BIOS changes and no changes in AMD Adrenaline.
The issue I've been having happens during a number of games now and it seems like it's stemming across more games, so far it's happened on MH:Wilds, ARK Survival Ascended, Arma 3, Minecraft, and WoW. The issue I've been having can happen at any time during gaming and has ONLY happened during gaming (It really happens at random) my screen will completely freeze but I can still hear audio in the background and my keyboard lights like Caps Lock will still be toggleable, but once I try to Alt Tab the PC will then entirely freeze up and I have to restart it from the tower. I've tried numerous amounts of fixes but nothing has seemed to fix the issue, I've checked Event Viewer and it doesn't show anything about the issue other than "Kernel-Power 41 (63". Some people have told me I should try capping my clock speeds but that hasn't helped either, I'm not sure what else there is to do but I really don't want to spend a bunch of money on a new GPU or PSU on a whim that either are damaged on a hardware level.
