Does treatments help?

I’ve had Peyronies for a few years now and I’m going to be working at a hospital and have access to treatments frequently while at work, but after starting to research some of the treatments, I’m getting a little worried seeing that there’s not a lot of success with this. Does it even help to try to get this fixed or do I have to live with this the rest of my life right, or get worse? Currently , its pretty close to a 45 downward degree angle. I don’t know what to do.
