Arya vs Flamme when you still love each other but daily life has taken over

Story

I keep coming back to the difference between loving someone and actively feeling connected to them. A relationship can be kind, stable, and full of affection while the small moments that used to create curiosity slowly get replaced by errands, screens, tired conversations, and the familiar question of what needs to happen tomorrow.

That is the lens I am using to compare Arya and Flamme. I am not looking for an app to manufacture romance or turn the relationship into a self-improvement project. I am more interested in whether either one can create a small opening for a conversation that feels genuinely different from the usual check-in. The ideal experience would work on an ordinary Tuesday, not only during a planned date night when both people are already trying hard.

For anyone who has spent meaningful time with either app, what was the actual human experience like? Did Arya feel more guided and personal, or did that become too intense? Did Flamme's style make it easier to participate casually, or did the prompts start to feel interchangeable? Were there moments when one of them helped you learn something surprising about your partner?

I would also love to hear the less flattering parts: repetition, awkward wording, notification fatigue, one partner losing interest, or conversations that felt forced. A balanced comparison would be much more useful than a list of features.
