Advice for first Gun

Hi Reddit!
Since i just finished chemo, i figured i wanna start a new sport to get fitter again.

Im looking for advice on what to spend an around 200-350 CHF Budget which should include the needed gear and not only the main weapon.

Im trying to get something i can reply on and have fun with and know that my budget doesnt get me to top of the line equipment.

I also want to buy locally in Switzerland since i dont want to bother with all the stuff you have to fill out and the waiting times if i dont.
