where do you guys meet people

Hi everyone,
I’m 27F, and I’ve been living in Dubai for almost 3 years. I’m looking to meet genuine people, whether that’s for dating or simply building friendships.
I’m not super open minded in the sense that clubbing, drinking, and smoking aren’t really my lifestyle. I don’t mind if someone smokes just don’t do it myself.
I feel like it’s become harder to meet people naturally here not helping because i’m kinda introvert and i don’t go along with superficial people
and i can’t control my face 🤣🤣
i’d love to meet people and hang out but i start giving up on it
