Bluetooth issue

When i try to connect my steelseries artis nova 5 they dont auto connect, my watch does auto connect though. On my previous phone if i switched to bluetooth mode on the headset it would connect it instantly almost but now i have to go into bluetooth and click on it and confirm pairing. Any fix?
