What's up with Kraken's support?

Pretty common story it seems, looking at this sub. Account got frozen 10 days ago and like many here, not a hint of why and how to resolve it. Just a generic message saying support will contact me (which never happens).

I've only used kraken for one day before this happened, pretty terrible first impression tbh
