Built a Tour OS for independent artists – looking for honest feedback (3 months free)

Hey everyone,

I’ve been building something for touring artists (especially self-booked or multi-booker) who are still jumping between WhatsApp, email, calendars, invoice tools and spreadsheets.

It’s called Klare – a Tour Operating System that starts where we already work:

• Forward a booker WhatsApp or flight/hotel email
• It drafts the gig + travel + expense
• One tap to approve
• Then you get one calendar (every booker tagged), day sheets, proper invoices (DATEV/reverse charge ready), and profit-per-gig view

It’s not perfect yet. The Agent still needs more edge cases, some UI is rough, and I’m sure there are workflows I’m missing.

I’m looking for real feedback from people who actually tour:

1. What’s the most annoying part of your current admin?
2. Does this solve a real problem for you or am I solving the wrong thing?
3. What’s missing that would make you actually use it?
