KASKO insurance Kosovo

Hi everybody, I’m gonna make it simple.

We‘re doing a roadtrip with our own car (registered in Italy) and we want to visit Kosovo.

As far as I’ve understood you can make insurance at the border. But I also have a KASKO-like insurance the covers against theft or vandalism (like broken windows) which doesn’t cover Kosovo. Is there the possibility to sign for an insurance that also covers this?
