I can't seem to get karma

Whenever I post anything I just keep getting less and less karma and people keep voting me down when I'm asking for help or just asking questions and now I can't even comment on the sub reddits I want or do anything, idk what to do or why this keeps happening or how I can gain karma again and keep it from going in the negatives for literally no reason.
