I hate that I need the thing I'm trying to quit

Help

Not going to pretend this is some clean digital minimalism success story because it's the opposite, I'm here because I'm stuck.

I have to use AI for work; otherwise, it takes me three times as long to get things done. But somewhere in the past year, a switch flipped, and I started using AI for even the smallest things like replying to my partner when I’m unsure which tone to use or making a simple invitation decline sound more polite.

And that’s the part that scares me. I just don’t know where to draw the line between using AI for work and letting it handle my emotional labor.

Have you managed to draw an actual boundary, one that you genuinely follow?
