Membranes bulging at 18w 3d

My pregnancy was going completely smooth until yesterday I started feeling random contractions and extreme back ache. Got home from work to feel something bulging out of my vagina while trying to pass a stool.

Shortly after I saw blood and rushed to emergency. Turns out my membranes are bulging and cervix is nowhere in sight anymore. Waiting for doctors to tell if a rescue stitch is possible.

Can’t wrap my head around what happened and how quickly everything went south. I’m scared of losing my baby girl but I am hoping and praying for a miracle!!
