Injury at work and More Pain Developed after Leaving

Hello,

I’m in (England). Today I was driving a vehicle at work and a wheel fell off as I was driving it. Luckily I didn’t fall out but I’ve felt really shaky and dizzy. I filed a report and have been told to go home. Since I’ve been at home I’ve now got a pretty stiff neck and have pain around the back of it. What steps should I take from here?

Any advice is much appreciated.
