Ford fusion 2019 hybrid se

Good morning guys so here the story I have a ford fusion hybrid se and I’m looking to do a muffler delete I live in New Jersey if that matters but what would be a good price I’d rather not spend more then 100 should I just do it myself at that point?

Also I’m totally open to suggestions about making it sound a good combo of loud and good (that can be hard)
