I been not able to get an answer for something

So my boyfriend M17 And me F16 were not talking much today.. And I feel like I did something wrong :( I been real busy today and I didn’t get any sleep at all yesterday night so I took some extra time to sleep and that kinda pissed him off , and I don’t know why .
Later when I checked my ig to see if he texted , it’s says “ig user “ and not his account. And am like okay did his account get suspended or something? And the other weird thing is is it that he unfollowed me . Out of nowhere he won’t respond and I don’t know what to do .’if it’s a glitch or something I would understand but if it’s not and he did this purposely I would be hurt . I hope it clears up and he texts back tomorrow but for now this is me asking you guys for help , thank you ps. I am not asking for anything I just needed to vent and speak how I felt and I feel sad and if it’s true hurt . Also is it normal for this to happen?? Anyways thanks again
