Genital problem (F) what do I do?!!

In may of 2026 i got SA and after a month i was getting pain in my vag I went to go get tested and everything came back negative I’m sure the guy that SA me threw off my PH balance or something because before that happened I was perfectly normal and I wasn’t getting symptoms until after. I went to a doctor and told them and they gave me amoxicillin to try and kill any infection but it hasn’t seemed to do much I already took my last pill and I get no refills, the pain is came back and it seems like I have a yeast infection but I’m not sure I’m burning and it hurts when I wipe like this pain is really unbearable and I need help like is there anything I can take or do that will help this stop idk I just really really hate this :(
