DVLA england trying to make me pay tax on a car that was taxed

Hi i wonder if anyone else has had this issue
I purchased a car from a dealership in 2024 , i taxed it as i picked the car up as you always do. I have it on my bank statements

I no longer own the car. It was sold last year and DVLA knows this, they are saying that it was taxed in the disabled class. Im not disabled and they are also stating i owe them £170 for the tax during my ownership. Unfortunately i don’t have the confirmation email and the dealership have stated to them i taxed it on collection

Any idea what i should do from here? They are still
