Where are the communities for young writers?

I’m working on my debut novel, and as you can guess writing is a very solitary experience. While some parts of the solitude are necessary, there are times when i genuinely need critique partners, someone to offer advice, even a mentor to show me what a career in literature requires.

Problem is, I’m too late for LUMS young writer’s workshop. Can’t enrol myself in an art school for an MFA. And my dms and emails to advisors for a quick informal chat often get ignored.

What should i do to find my crowd? I do not run in the circles if Aleph, Dunya digital co, SAAGanthology.
