Book about navigating your life specifically in the internet-dominated reality

Hi readers! I'm looking for recommendations for books that give advice on how to deal with life specifically in the current times, when all the information coming from the world is massivly compounded / distorted by social media, AI, internet scaremongering etc. Something that would give me tips on how to deal with that, filter it and build resilience against it.

I have read and enjoyed the classics such as Frankl's "Man's search for meaning" or Marcus Aurelius' "Meditations" and I consider them timeless, however, they don't cover the subject of the 21st century maladies that greatly and this is specifically something I'm looking for.

I'm not looking for books telling you how to put down your phone and focus more on what's around you, because I'm already familiar with the subject and wasting time on SM is not my main problem. I'd just love to enjoy life despite all the doom and gloom that's spilling constantly out of every internet outlet.
