Lisbon to Sintra plan advice? (Sorry for another Sintra post)

We were planning to go to Sintra today but my partner didn’t wake up till 9am and from everything we read online you need to go early morning.

I’m thinking we get up at 7am tomorrow, walk to Rossio station and take the train? Then Uber up to the palace and walk the grounds. Then uber back down to town have lunch and walk to Regaleira.

Any tips or advice or ideas for other places to see in Sintra please recommend. Open to anything
