Advice needed- transition to crib

I'm at my wits end. My 5 mo ebf baby cosleeps at night and has contact naps during day.

Baby has either been up consistently or restless keeping me up from around 12am onward.

We tried transitioning day naps to crib with no success. I can't keep having nights like this.

Please advise
