Please help me find a good short tour in Paris!

Me and my family are traveling to Paris for a week! We want to do some sort of food tour and a tour to see the sights. I would like to avoid those big red bus tours as I want to be able to enjoy all the monuments without worrying if the bus is going to leave. Thank you guys!
