Stomach problems are killing me and I am so over it

23(m) I received a POTS diagnosis a year ago, and my symptoms continue to worsen. The stomach issues and diarrhea have been especially discouraging lately. I take Imodium each morning, which provides some relief, yet I still visit the bathroom constantly. It feels like either urination or diarrhea. Could something else help, or is this entirely in my mind, with frequent trips that often yield nothing?
