Anyone else find that real debt freedom changes more than just your finances

Asking mostly out of curiosity after a conversation at my parish last week about stewardship and financial freedom. A few people shared that getting out of significant debt affected their prayer life, their generosity, and their overall sense of freedom in ways they hadn't anticipated. One person described it as finally being able to give from abundance rather than scarcity. Wondering if others here have had a similar experience and how you think about the connection between financial freedom and spiritual freedom.
