Honest advice about living in Perth

I’m thinking about moving to Perth and would love some local advice.

How safe is Perth compared to Brisbane or other Australian cities?

Which suburbs are considered safe, and which ones should I avoid?

If I work in the CBD and don’t have a car, what commute time is considered reasonable? Is public transport reliable and how crowded is it during peak hours?

What’s the weather like throughout the year? How hot are the summers, how mild are the winters, and is the climate generally dry or humid?
