What are my options

I am struggling with the payment of my new car I can’t afford to keep paying on it I honestly just wish I never got it global lending services won’t help or can’t lower payments or hardship or nothing selling it would leave me with negative balance and I commute for work and I’m liable to not pay that balance if I do sell it what happens if I just go ghost after that I thought about maybe finding a older car to try and trade it in but that doesn’t seem worth it either I can’t work anymore I already want to kill myself a majority of the time counseling and drugs don’t help with that and frankly with all this car stress it seems like a more real option everyday
