Photography Drone Mini 3 Pro, Mini 4 Pro or Mini 5 Pro

I am looking in to getting a drone for photography and I am wondering which one of the Mini 3 Pro, Mini 4 Pro or Mini 5 Pro should I get. I will only use them for travel photography (usually around Bulgaria, Greece and other EU countries). I am not really interested in video and I do not think I would use the drone in low light. The drone will mainly be used on beaches and mountains. How important would the fly more kits be in my use case and will I need ND filters and additional batteries for light use?
