Music still playing but only in cut scenes or loading in horizon play with settings at 0.

As the title says, I have music set to 0 and radio dj turned off yet I hear music during the above scenarios. My friends have copied my settings and don't hear the music like I do except for a one off occurrence which it happened to them too so they get what i mean. Have tried resetting default settings and reinstalling so far. It's getting pretty annoying. Anyone else have this issue and/or a fix?
