24f (asst prof) have a crush on college alumni?

Hi! I am 24f and currently working as an assistant professor in a private university.

For the orientation of the new batch, we were supposed to call some alumni's. I was given a few numbers to call and then finally one of them agreed. Later I realized that it's the same guy that had once come up on my feed randomly and I got a tiny crush on him. I got a bit excited to see him.

He came to the university on time yesterday and we did a bit of chit chat. I discovered that he is of the same age as me. He gave a very nice speech and then we took him for a coffee as well and dropped him to the gate.

He later texted me asking for photos and I gave them and thanked him and he did the same for giving him the opportunity. I reacted with a heart on the message and the conversation ended there.

I have got a lil crush on him but I really don't want to initiate anything from my side because of my past experiences (whenever I have initiated, things have always went south).

What should I do?!
