Chapter starts with MC being in the shower. He is washing his hair and his body, thinking to himself "Even if it wasn’t necessarily the intensive care, regular care still meant getting all up on the client, bodies pressed tight, no choice, so whenever it was before the reservation time I always showered beforehand and greeted the customer." We see MC walking out of the shower and drying up.

He sighs softly and sits down. He starts to dry off his hair and in his head he replays the phone call he had with Dayoon. "I heard everything from her. She said your massage is seriously insane. Apparently Yuri even got the intensive care… Is the intensive care really that intense? Can the intensive care be switched to midway through a regular session if the client wants it? You sure you can handle it? The confidence to turn your heart while you’re receiving regular care… and switch you to intensive." MC gets up and looks into the mirror, he speaks to himself "I’m asking if you have the confidence to turn your mind from regular to intensive." He sits down again, his cock gets rock hard and then he says "Yeah. I’m confident."
Now the scene swaps to Dayoon in the car, she is in the backseat of a taxi and her eyes are closed. The narration says \[At that same moment, Hangyeol was waiting for her, remembering his phone call with Kang Dayoon. Kang Dayoon, too, was in a taxi heading to Hangyeol’s place recalling the phone call she’d had with Oh Yuri the day before, right before her departure.\]

We get a flashback to the phone call between Yuri and Dayoon. Yuri says "I was Hangyeol’s very first customer when he opened, and I even became the first one to take the intensive care course!" Dayoon is on her bed and asks "Intensive care course…? What’s that?" then she thinks to herself "This fucking bitch is acting so damn cocky." Yuri is sitting on her chair and explains "There are two courses: regular care and intensive care. Simply put, the regular course is all about the hands. And intensive care is… Dick service?" Dayoon thinks it's a joke and gets annoyed "D-Dick service...?"

Yuri grins and tells her "Dick service! Don’t pretend you didn’t understand when you clearly did!" Dayoon slowly sits up on her bed and asks "No… so you’re saying you did it with Hangyeol?" Yuri blushes and nods her head "Mm… and it was really hot, too ♡" Dayoon is surprised "For real?" Yuri giggles and thinks to herself "This bitch is seriously triggered. lol"
Dayoon lights up a cigarette and says "What kind of massage is this even supposed to be? You’re saying you did it with Hangyeol…?" Yuri leans back in her chair and explains "Intensive care… you have to experience this one yourself. Once you try it, you won’t be able to stop yourself from doing it with Hangyeol either." Yuri gets horny explaining this, she slides one hand down to her panties and slides them to the side. She starts to touch her pussy "For intensive care, he puts his hand inside your pussy and reaches the really deep, hard-to-get places and digs around everywhere. With Hangyeol’s dick." She rubs her clit and throws her head back, moaning into the phone "Sorry I got to taste Hangyeol first\~ If it feels awkward, just stick to regular care and try to hold back on the intensive one. It’ll be hard though\~"
Dayoon listens to Yuri and walks over to her window to smoke and Yuri continues to tease her "That day, I licked and sucked so much... If you end up doing it with Hangyeol, you might end up smelling my scent the whole time. Puhahaha\~" Dayoon grits her teeth and answers "Originally… I wasn’t really thinking about intensive care… But you keep acting like this… I guess I really have to take that intensive care from Hangyeol no matter what. I’m just curious how amazing it must be for you to act like this. Haha…" Yuri was still masturbating and slowly stops, Dayoon tells her "And Yuri… are you bragging to me right now about doing it with Hangyeol first? Did you actually think that would get under my skin?"
Yuri wipes her wet fingers with a tissue and thinks to herself "You’re trembling from being scratched right now, you fucking bitch! lol! You think I don’t know you? I can tell everything just from the sound of your breathing. lol." Dayoon continues to smoke and says "Ever since elementary school you’ve always wanted to beat me at something… Is that all you’ve got to brag about? The first thing you ever boast to me about is just that? Getting the massage first? Doing it first? Why does that even matter? Who went first isn’t something worth boasting about. Only girls with zero self-esteem care about that." Yuri looks down at her pussy and wipes it clean as well, then she says "Is that so? I put a ton of meaning on being first. Hey, don’t you know how important the first strike is? Hehe\~"

Dayoon looks to the side and says "More than who was first, what matters in the end is who he’s more drawn to, right? Does it really have to be first? lol" Yuri grins and teases her back "Is that so? But Hangyeol… Besides me, it seemed like he already had some experience with other women? You still don’t know, do you? Aren’t you reluctant to give your first time only to him? Even if you say you don’t put meaning on it, isn’t that too much of a loss? lol\~" Dayoon spits into her cup and says "I’ll take care of it myself. Stop worrying about it. And you’re funny\~ I only said I’d try the intensive care, I never said I’d go as far as you did. Stop overreacting. Just because I’m getting a massage doesn’t mean I’ll cross the line as easily as you\~" Yuri also lights up a cigarette and thinks to herself "Haa… you fucking bitch!" then she says "I wonder if you’ll still be able to say that during the intensive care?" and Dayoon replies "If I’m different from you, right? Just wait and see."
Now the flashback ends and we see Dayoon still in the taxi. She thinks to herself "Wow\~ This is completely ridiculous, seriously! Just because she got a guy she likes, she’s completely lost her sense?! The one who’s been playing the maid by my side since elementary school... Who does she think she is? Acting like she’s become something and daring to talk to me like that?" The taxi stops and the guy looks at her "Miss, we’ve arrived. ‘Like Father, like son’…? Is this the right place? It just looks like a normal house…"
Dayoon looks out of the window and blushes, she nods "Yes. This is the right place. Mister. I’ll give you five stars, so please take my carrier and luggage out of the trunk." Then we suddenly see MC opening the front gate and Dayoon is standing there, waiting for him. She blushes a little and says "It’s been a while, hasn’t it?" MC blushes and thinks to himself "You’ve gotten even prettier..!" Dayoon looks at him and smiles "I’m going to change the reservation a bit." MC is confused and Dayoon explains "I changed my mind on the way here. Skip the regular care! Give me the intensive care from the start." MC is surprised and just stares at her.
Then we get a scene swap. We see MC's dad fucking Dayoon's mom. She rides his cock and moans "Teacher Han, look at this! I can handle it being put in this deep now. At this rate, by the end of this year I might be able to take all of yours, Teacher." MC's dad smiles and looks up at her "It’s hard to believe that insertion can go this deep… Meeting you, Soohyun, is the greatest luck of my life!" She moans and continues to ride him "It’s not just you who’s lucky, Teacher. I’m lucky too. After having sex with you, Teacher, the symptom of constantly leaking fluid disappeared completely. That’s why these days I barely wear safety pads and just wear underwear. I never thought a day like this would come for me!" MC's dad smiles even more and sighs happily "Ah! Really? That’s really great. I’m so relieved!"

She continues to ride his cock faster, she moans "We must really be soulmates!" then she thinks to herself "Dayoon takes after me too.. She must have the exact same symptoms.. I sincerely hope my daughter also… like me... Meets a man whose sexual compatibility is truly that of a soulmate...! That symptom... I hope it gets completely cured..!" then we see MC's shocked face again because Dayoon wants the intensive care from start. Chapter ends.
