Built my own AI receptionist infrastructure

As the title suggests, I have been building out my own AI infrastructure for AI receptionists. “But GHL exists, what about Zapier don’t they do the same thing aswell?”

I still decided to build out my own platform, because from experience, existing solutions take a long time to set up and usually require patience and debugging.

How my product differs is that it literally takes under 5 minutes to set up a full system that works across email, sms and WhatsApp. This also includes the time it takes to actually test the setup. I will be adding in social media and CRM integrations soon.

It can also handle missed calls, there is the option to have a voice agent but in my opinion, when the business owner misses a call it’s better to then send an automated follow up text.

As of now, it is only for all trade businesses. Plumbers, electricians, roofers, paving contractors etc.

Has anyone else built their own infrastructure instead of using GHL or Zapier? What challenges did you run into?
