Unable to contact & want to quit

Recently got hired at target but I’m unable to continue through with the training process because of personal issues. I have tried calling my Target, but they never pick up calls. I have tried emailing my ETL/ TL but he does not respond. Any way I could professionally resign despite not being in direct contact with them? I’d like for them to know exactly why I can’t continue but I ran out of options
