MH portable 3rd not opening keyboard

Hay guys. I’m using team mavericks translation of mh portable 3rd and it just doesn’t open keyboards at all. So I can’t even proceed through the character creation

Any advice? I try to figure it out on my own since quite a while an reached the end of my wits.
