Enlarged Spleen

34 year old male (178cm/85kg)

I undertake an annual medical check up for my job and this year’s medical came back with an uneven splenic echotexture whilst last year’s highlighted having an enlarged spleen.

Of course, this is a bit of a concern. With that being said, I have zero symptoms whatsoever. No pain, no swelling, appetite is good, and I haven’t lost considerable weight. However, I do feel fatigued/tired at times but I put down that down to daily adulting life.

I work out regularly, I don’t smoke, and I don’t drink.
