My best friend said she’s preggy but she’s not sure

She texted me at first that she thinks she is preggy, and I was seriously so worried and I kept asking her when was her last period and she answered “last month”. And I assured her that im like that too when my period comes late even though im still a v1rg!n.
Do women get scared too? ofc
And then she told me it was a joke and she said she was bloated and she said she needs to take a diet.

Later when I got home she texted me again that she has a feeling that she is preggy. I said “maybe u’re js overthinking cuz ur period is late” and yet ofc im like that too. Then she said she met up with a boy she barely knows or idk they just knew each other on social media and were talking for months and that was the first time they met when they decided to meet up. And she just told me that now, she didn’t tell me when cuz I told her that we should continue to talk tomorrow.

Im scared for her😭😭😭
