What's the best way to build a VGC collection?

Hi all, champions got me back into Pokémon after being detred by how difficult the grind is. Now that champions essential masked it so that all you need is the Pokémon no IVs/EVs/resets needed what's the best way to build a Pokémon home collection?

Is it Pokémon SV plus dlc?

Pokémon SWSH plus dlc?

Pokémon go?

I haven't seen a direct answer online yet. I really dgaf about the Pokémon games stories to the most minimal grind would be appreciated.

I know you can just gacha roll vp but I'd like to build a collection to try teams asap when regulations change

Thank you!
