Looking for advice!

Hi everyone,

Currently, we are outside Australia, and my husband (and our baby) right now has a 485 visa that is about to expire. He secured a job again in Australia, so he has been offered a 482 visa.

However, I don't have a valid visa to enter the country.

If he applies onshore, that would mean at least three to four months separated, but if he applies offshore, he doesn't get a bridging visa and therefore loses his working rights in Australia.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any suggestions on any other visa that I could apply for to be able to get into the country with my family?
