Wellbutrin and Lexapro together

I posted this in other subs without much luck, hoping someone would have insight!!

I had a couple of questions if anyone has experience with this combo. I've been on lexapro and soon starting wellbutrin.

1. If you're at baseline an anxious person (anxiety disorder is managed but moreso character), does this tend to spike feelings of unrest and worry?
2. Did this med combination help at all with reducing premenstrual amplification of depressive symptoms?
3. Weight. Did adding the wellbutrin help with managing the increased appetite from the lexapro?
4. Fatigue. Online it says this should help, and doctor said so too, but I'm curious to hear your experience. The lexapro exhausts me.
5. Brain fog + focus. Does it help with this a little? Especially long periods of concentration on a laptop (school; work etc.)?
