[What's that book?] Indie/Wattpad romance (read ~20 yrs ago): FMC Analise creates cinnamon supplement, expelled from uni in book 1, MMC billionaire

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to find the title of a romance book I read about 15-20 years ago. It was an indie/self-published book or a webnovel (Wattpad/FictionPress/Kindle KDP) originally written in English, which I read via a fan-translation at the time.

Here are the key details I vividly remember:

Female Main Character (FMC): Her name is Analise (or possibly spelled Annalise). She is a very smart college/university student working in a lab or studying science/pharmacy.

The Plot / Invention: She creates a nutritional/energy supplement (or protein formula), and she specifically gives it a distinct cinnamon flavor to mask the bitter taste. This cinnamon supplement is a central plot device.

Male Main Character (MMC): He is a wealthy billionaire (or powerful CEO/investor) who takes an interest in her and her invention, leading to a romance between them.

Book 1 Cliffhanger: At the very end of the first book/part, Analise gets expelled from her university (or kicked out of her lab/program) for using campus resources without permission.

Does this ring a bell for anyone? I would love to find the original English title and author name!

Thanks in advance for your help!
