Daily Breakfast for 2 and property credit questions

I’m planning a family trip to Colorado Springs in a few days and have booked two separate rooms at Hotel Polaris, an Edit hotel, on the same dates. I’ve already received two $250 credits back.

I have a question: do I need to make two separate transactions each morning to purchase breakfast for the group of four travelers in order to earn breakfast credits? Is that the same for the $100 property credit?
