IRELAND: Tracking not updating on vinted, now they’re going to cancel my order??

Hello,

I posted 2x items last Thursday, the tracking never updated on vinted but the items were both marked as delivered via an posts direct website.

I got the error message for vinted but they said they were working on the error so I didn’t worry, until today when I got a notification saying if I don’t ship the item today my order will be cancelled.

I’ve been trying to speak to a human since yesterday, my boyfriend also had the same issue except the buyer has been back and forth with him, she confirmed receiving the hoodie he sold to her and she is unable to mark it as delivered as the tracking never updated. We’re down money now and I’m worried my orders are going to be cancelled? It’s quite unfair

My two buyers have not responded to me yet but I’ve sent the receipt and pics of the parcels, as well as the tracking number separately along with the tracking stating the parcels have been delivered.

Has this happened to anyone before? I’ve never received a bad review I don’t want to have orders cancelled on me automatically beciase vinted is having issues on their end.
