still breaking out-overmoisturize?

Hey!
I started Accutane a little over two months ago (20 mg, then 30 mg, and I'm now on day 5 of 40 mg).
I'm still breaking out quite a bit, and my cysts seem deeper than they were before. At the same time, my skin is already very dry, dehydrated, and looks wrinkled.
Do you think I might be over-moisturizing? I usually apply a serum and moisturizer 3–4 times a day. (and my skin is still little dry) I really like Cicaplast, but I've heard it can clog pores. What do you think?
