To anyone feeling anxious about job security this month, and have been seeing layoff news left, right, and center lately, please read this before making any sudden moves.

Past 15-20 days am scrolling Reddit or any other social media & checking the news right now, it feels like an endless stream of layoff posts, especially across product, tech, fintech, and crypto. In -fact lot of people asking in my post and reassuring for the same ..

Over the last few weeks alone, I guess we've seen major cuts hitting heavy lifters like Visa JPMorgan Chase, Oracle, and several Startup Crypto & AI companies . Many people with reviews are waking up to severance emails, and the general mood across tech and corporate subreddits is pure anxiety. In-fact there is lot of re-deployed or restructuring news being going on

Astrology wise am searching and here I am putting out some .. I’m not making a super long post today, just dropping a few important points on why this is happening & taking place and what to take care so that if you know anyone being affected or thinking , this can help.

1. Saturn Retrograde in Pisces : I have already written long post here and exactly what can be happening here in all aspects of your life, do -have a read , but most importantly Saturn turned retrograde in late July and stays retrograde until December 11. Retrogade in plain simple terms means inward motion or backward, so here when it goes backward, companies stop operating on hype and now they will start auditing and check all profit and loss and restructuring , redeployment.

The Saturn Neptune which is actually resetting in 0° Aries sign , now if I have to explain here again in simple terms , whenever conjunction take place at 0°, new cycle begins so you must have observed around First Major hit around Feb -March layoff news must have taken place .. And now again a reset is happening where half the team is gone will be seen gone because of over‑hiring based on AI hype.

3. A Node shift Rahu in Aquarius + Ketu in Leo , Here Rahu s sitting in Aquarius while Ketu sits in Leo till December 5 , Companies can aggressively strip away some middle-management to fund on required AI automation here.

4. Also we are in in the middle of two heavy eclipses right now ( Aug 12 & Aug 27 ) , If there is any feeling of "I don’t even recognize my job anymore", This is not something I want to do for a long term, My manager keep changing my goals & KPI , the team , the tools.. Also My title is big, but my role is vague.”
