Post surgery compression

I am almost 3 weeks PO 360 legs. my surgeon didn’t specify any type of compression, just 6 weeks 23/7. I started wearing my bioflect which are comfortable and just seem to overall fit better. I have marena which seems to be too tight in the waist and not tight enough in legs.

I‘ve seen though you aren’t supposed to wear textured for some amount of time after. Do we know why that is? I feel like I’ve spent a fortune trying to deal with compression.
