Cult membership share

Cult membership share

My friend got cult membership from corporate at 19k for both elite + sports.

1. Can i use the membership in his name ? I want to go swimming.

2. Will it have some repercussions ?

I will probably use HSR layout swimming pool.

Also, i want to buy my own also but cult + elite cost around 30k,
If someone knows or have any deals please DM.
